What's Your Home Worth?


Nearly every real estate agent website includes a home valuation page. Unfortunately, many are poorly done. They include a long form, but nothing to motivate the seller to complete the form.

Think more like an infomercial. Sell people on your wonderful CMA report. Give them a taste of what they will get. This can be through a video, a Slideshare presentation or a downloadable sample report. This will build consumer confidence which will increase form completion rates.
